The head teacher, staff and governing body are pleased to offer this summary of life at Radipole School and we hope you will find it interesting and informative. If your child is about to join us, we hope that this will be the start of a long, happy and productive relationship between us.
Close partnership between home and school is essential if your child is to thrive and develop. We will endeavour to communicate effectively with you, and likewise hope that you will contact us with any concerns or queries you may have.
We are proud of our school, and of the high standards we expect of ourselves and of our pupils. We aim to achieve these within the framework of a happy, supportive and caring environment, where every individual matters.
Radipole Primary is a Rights Respecting School – that means we put the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) at the heart of everything we do. We are working towards the "Rights Respecting Award" which will show how we promote children's rights and empower them to become global citizens. A rights-respecting school not only teaches about children’s rights but also models rights and respect in all its relationships: between adults and pupils, between adults and between pupils.
