Year 3 - fabulous history day!

Year 3 had a lovely Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age themed history day. The children had some amazing costumes and outfits! We enjoyed hearing lots of interesting information from our visitors from Weymouth Heritage Centre, and handling lots of artifacts and sources of information. We did some lovely practical activities outside in the nature reserve such as making a clay pot, making medicine from plants, and weaving.

 

Thank you to our visitors for making the day memorable, and to the children for their great questions and enthusiasm. Have a wonderful half term, everyone :-)
