Year 1 - An exciting start to the year!
Year 1 have had a very busy and exciting start to the year!
We have enjoyed exploring the nature reserve, practising our handwriting, and completing our first "Let's Explore" tasks. The children have shown lots of enthusiasm and have worked incredibly hard.
In Science, we have started learning about different materials and have enjoyed investigating their properties. In Music, we have been learning how to play tuned percussion instruments and have successfully followed the pulse of a song together.
We are so proud of how well the children have settled into Year 1 and can't wait for all the exciting learning still to come!
