Year 2 - Visit from St Aldhems, Easter Quiz, Easter cards
This week we have been looking at what Easter means to Christians. We have looked at symbols of Easter, had a lovely visit from St Aldhems church, where we were told about what Christians believe and how they prepare for Easter. We enjoyed making a colourful wheel with our guests, to retell the key parts of the Easter story.
On Friday, we had great fun doing an Easter egg hunt, where we had to find and answer questions on paper eggs. This helped us to reflect on everything we have learnt this term. It was lovely to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. Lets hope it stays sunny for the holiday.
