Year 5 - Biomes and Published Poets
This week, the Year 5 children were very excited to see their poems in print! In the autumn term, the children entered a competition to write poems all about themselves. All the children were successful, and they have now received books featuring their work.
A couple of weeks ago, in a geography lesson, the children created their own 'biomes in a bag'. The seeds germinated successfully in their own biome, with its mini water cycle.
