Year Two - Sandwiches and Smoothies
We have had an exciting start to this half term, tasting smoothies and making jam sandwiches. In English, we have been following and writing command sentences, in preparation for writing recipes. The children worked in pairs, following instructions to make a jam sandwich.
In Design and Technology, the children have been tasting smoothies. The children really enjoyed tasting the interesting flavours. The green matcha tea, kiwi and cucumber was popular. They are looking forward to making their own smoothies next week.
