Year 3- Making soup
This week in year 3, we took it in turns to make a delicious tomato soup. This involved using knives to carefully chop the ingredients and cooking and mixing in a saucepan. We really enjoyed the whole process, and the end product was delicious. In our maths lessons, we also worked hard on understanding measurements of mass and how to read scales successfully. As part of this week’s English, we pretended to be queen Boudicca and wrote an informative speech to our tribe members urging them to rise up and drive the Romans out of Britain.
