Happy, kind and brave.
Together we learn, together we grow, together we soar.
Year 3 had a super day in the nature reserve recreating life in the Stone Age! They lit fires (and toasted marshmallows), made weapons, did some weaving and some lovely nature art. We enjoyed some hot chocolate and a biscuit to end the day around the campfire. Well done to the children for getting involved so well.
In maths, we have just finished our first unit which was Place Value. There is a free parent booklet linked to this unit on the website of White Rose (the maths scheme we use) if you would like to have a look at the type of questions we did and the style and level of difficulty involved. You can print these for children to do at home if you would like to.
