Year 4 - Buzzing first week!
What a wonderful first full week in Year 4. It has been so busy starting new topics, new routines and using new resources!
We have discussed democracy this week in assemblies and the children showed this through their voting of class mates for the roes of Meet and Greet, Eco monitors, Nature Reserve Rangers, School Councilors and Mindfulness monitors
The sun shone for us on Monday, for our first outdoor PE session where we played worked on our tennis skills.
In Science , we were bussing - literally, for we had investigated circuits and made light bulbs- light,and then them brighter. We made and buzzers - buzz, and then buzz louder!
In PSHE, we have been looking at our new topic on Me and My Relationships. We had fun trying to work as Collabadons!
We are looking forward to next week and our first visit to the nature reserve. Maybe this weekend you could go for a walk, and see if you can identify the different trees around you.
