  • Year One - The Handa Stories

    Mon 26 Feb 2024 Mrs I

Over the past couple of weeks, we have been working on 'The Handa' books written by Eileen Brown. This week we tasted all the fruit Handa collected in her basket and have retold the story using adjectives and joining sentences together using 'and'.

Some of us had a really good go at rewriting the story in our own booklets.

We are looking forward to Book Week next week, especially Thursday when he are going to dress up and recite a poem of our choice.

Even the teachers are going to dress up!!
