  This term, Year 5 will be exploring different bridge designs before planning, making and evaluating their final one. This week we were looking at and experimenting with different styles. We even made some in the nature reserve...  

  

• Year 3- Nature Reserve

  Our first full week in year 3 has been a busy one! In our maths lessons, we started to revise place value and began to work on our 2 and 10 times tables. During English, we focussed on improving our joined-up handwriting with a range of transcription and dictation activities. Finally, we finished the week by spending some time exploring the nature reserve and building dens. Phew!

  Wow, what a fantastic first week back the children have had. Welcome to Year 6! We have enjoyed trying new techniques in Art and also exploring how light travels, among many other things!
