Happy, kind and brave.
Together we learn, together we grow, together we soar.
Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
This half term the children have the opportunity to work with Mrs Hunter who is our part-time music teacher. They practiced following a rhythm and had a go and playing a simple tune on a glockenspiel.
Mrs Hunter said we were the best year one classes she had ever taught!!!
We are all looking forward to next week.
The pupils love their art lessons, and they were certainly being creative this week. After investigating the life and art of Giorgio Morandi, they each sketched their own still life. With everyday objects arranged in the middle of each group's table, the children looked very carefully and sketched beautifully. Well done, Year 5!
After a slightly slower start to the day, everyone packed up their things before another fun-filled morning. Following from another 2 PGL lead activities, the children ate their cooked lunch before a safe journey home.
Late entry today - sorry to keep you hanging for news... Lots of wifi and battery problems!
We had a brilliant day today, with really exciting rides and fun at Woodlands Park this morning. Some very wet children from the water slides!
We had an afternoon of climbing and scrambling as well, so the children are right now very tired and (hopefully) dropping off to sleep. I think we're all looking forward to coming home, as well as looking forward to tomorrow's fun.
We have had a brilliant day today - the weather has been fantastic all day and we have done three fun activities so far - looking forward to the extra trip to Woodlands tomorrow!
Dinner was amazing but we were all SOOOO hungry by the time we ate! The children don't appear to be tired yet - wish us luck for a good night's sleep!
